<h3><strong>Job Description:</strong></h3>
<p>As an <strong>Industrial Sales Manager</strong>, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting industrial products to clients in the <strong>flexible packaging industry</strong>. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and close profitable deals.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.</li>
<li>Identify and approach potential customers in the <strong>flexible packaging, printing, and ink manufacturing</strong> industries.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.</li>

<p>1. Monthly on-site visits to Metal business customer locations to provide essential</p>
<p>service and support, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction</p>
<p>2. Present and prepare sales report with realistic action to supervisor</p>
<p>3. Achieving growth and hitting Sales and Profit targets</p>
<p>4. Perform as project leader, project proposal and management</p>

<li>Graduate Bachelors degree in Science (any field of science)</li>
<li>Have Technical experience for 3-4 years, especially in Metal business.</li>
<li>Experienced or familiar with JSW, CSCI, or Henkel will be advantage.</li>
<li>Monthly reporting (English language), English communication is required.</li>
<li>Able to seek for new opportunities in India</li>
<li>On site event management</li>
<li>Able to travel overseas</li>
