We are looking for a dynamic Industrial Sales Manager to join our growing team and drive business growth through new client acquisitions and relationship management.
Job Description:
As an Industrial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting industrial products to clients in the flexible packaging industry. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and close profitable deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and approach potential customers in the flexible packaging, printing, and ink manufacturing industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, pricing, and after-sales service.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.
Experience Required:
- 1–4 years of experience in industrial product sales.
- Candidates with prior experience in flexible packaging, ink manufacturing, printing machinery, or industrial consumables sales will be preferred.
Education Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or related field will be an added advantage.

Salary:
₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (based on experience and performance)
