Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager for a reputed Real Estate company in Gurgaon / Yamuna Nagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales operations, driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The Sales Manager will oversee residential and commercial property sales, handle channel partner development, and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets. The role demands strong market knowledge, excellent communication, and proven experience in closing high-value real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

  • Strong knowledge of local real estate trends and RERA guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage team performance and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
